Waiting for the company to shut down will do nothing but leave you jobless. So before things get worse, you know you will have to make a real gut-wrenching decision.

Do not tame yourself by compromising things and blaming a bad week just for earning some dollars. You will get a better opportunity elsewhere and it will be more satisfying than your present one.
