The third place is reserved for Denmark. In this country, the working hours are very flexible and Danes have five to six weeks of vacation per year. The fourth place is reserved for Switzerland. The maximum full-time working week can be between 45 and 50 hours, which is strictly regulated by law. When it comes to fifth place, there is the Netherlands. The workers in this country enjoy freedom at work, friendly colleagues, and good compensation. They also pay attention to the work-life balance and highly escape the burnouts at the jobs they do.
