Regardless of the comfort of your new job position, you still need to do a lot to perfect your next job change. Below are five strategies to consider.

1. Keep notes of your accomplishments

It’s your responsibility to jot down your accomplishments at work and other responsibilities assigned aside from your regular position demands, so form a habit of doing that. One challenging task often faced by people as they update their resume is the difficulty in remembering job details; various achievements and contributions made over two or more years ago.
